experience leading corporate-wide sustainability, ESG integration, and climate-resilient
growth across complex organisations and national systems. Her career is defined by building
and leading sustainability functions at scale, shaping long-term ESG strategies, advising
executive leadership, embedding sustainability into core operations, and translating climate
and social priorities into measurable business and development outcomes.
Her expertise spans ESG strategy, climate risk and resilience, resource efficiency, sustainable operations,
and governance, with a strong track record in policy influence, capital mobilisation, and high-
impact partnerships across the public and private sectors. She serves on the Boards of IFAT
Africa and SAEEC, and leads the South Africa – Lesotho NatSilt-ICM. She regularly advises
executives and boards at national and international levels.
